In accordance with Nevada Senate Bill 482 amending NRS 439A.240, adopted June 13, 2017, Stonecreek Surgery Center hereby notifies patients that our facility participates in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services Ambulatory Surgical Center Quality Reporting (ASCQR) Program.
Under this program, ASCs report quality of care data and are graded based on national criteria and standards.
